Sea of Cortez

Cabo Pulmo in Baja California is one of our favorite destinations in the world. It is in the wild and not yet developed. There's abundance of nature there to immerse one's self. It is very satisfying and calming. Cabo Pulmo reminds me of my won birth place which is also tropical and beautiful. The property has my favorite sampaguita jasmine,  a neem tree growing on its own, unattended drumstick tree, tamarind tree, and ponnochi, among other familiar plants and shrubs.

There is a farmers' market every Friday which has organic produce stalls, a guy that sells home baked rustic, chewiest breads, a woman who sells garlic goat cheese and Mexican family that makes many varieties of tamales. Among them there was an American couple with their van filled with tie dyed clothing which I didn't appreciate.

This is where the farmers sell their goods - I wish I had the camera when they were there

We would get up early and go for long walks on the shore with calming waters and waves. Occasionally greeted by lines of pelicanos there was a dog that would hang out with us. He loves chasing the tiny crabs and encountered handstands on the beach.
